Clinical Staff
Sheryl Dolezal, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Dolezal is a licensed psychologist with clinical and forensic training. She provides mental health treatment for children, adolescent, adults and families.  She has over 15 years of experience and is also a licensed social worker. Dr. Dolezal conducts a wide variety of evaluations for the courts, including family court, personal injury, and criminal court cases. Dr. Dolezal is a member of the faculty at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and teaches courses in personality theory, forensic psychology, and psychological assessment. She is the head of the Forensic Sequence at WSPP and supervises students on forensic evaluations.
Mary Neff, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Neff is a licensed psychologist with a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. She also has additional training in forensic and child-specific matters, and utilizes a solution-focused interpersonal approach to treatment. Dr. Neff provides mental health treatment and psychological assessment services for children, adolescents, and adults. Her experience includes working with clients who have various mental health concerns and stress-related problems, consultation with attorneys on forensic matters, and conducting evaluations for schools, pediatricians, courts, and community programs. Dr. Neff is on the faculty at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and teaches courses in psychological assessment and child psychopathology.
Mike Zussman, Psy.D., Licensed Professional Counselor
Dr. Zussman is a licensed therapist who has experience with children, adolescents, adults and families.  His experience includes working with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and various other mental health and behavioral issues. Dr. Zussman has taught courses at WSPP in child psychopathology and personality theories, and utilizes a mindfulness approach.
Jeffrey Krukar, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Krukar is a licensed psychologist who provides mental health and psychological assessment services for children, adolescents, and young adults. Dr. Krukar has experience in professional areas of focus including Infant Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Functional Behavior Assessment, and Collaborative-Problem Solving. Dr. Krukar is also a certified School Psychologist, and has worked in long-term care settings for children and adolescents.Dr. Krukar has taught courses in child psychopathology at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology.
Patricia Meyer Chan, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Meyer Chan is a licensed psychologist who provides mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. 
Jennifer Katele, Psy.D., Licensed Professional Counselor In Training
Dr. Katele received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology and is working towards licensure in the state of Wisconsin. She provides psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults with a range of clinical needs, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, identity development, interpersonal challenges, trauma, psychosis, substance use, and stress-related difficulties. Dr. Katele takes an eclectic approach to treatment, integrating psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and humanistic techniques. She views the treatment alliance as the primary vehicle of change. Dr. Katele also provides psychological evaluations to individuals across the lifespan for a variety of referral reasons. She is currently an instructor with the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and teaches courses in psychological assessment.

Chelsy Stevens, M.S., NCC, Licensed Professional Counselor In Training
Ms. Stevens received her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a certificate in trauma counseling. She is currently working towards full licensure in the state of Wisconsin. She has experience providing services for children and adults with a wide range of clinical concerns including trauma, significant lifespan transitions, depression, and anxiety. Ms. Stevens utilizes an eclectic approach to fit each client’s goals but believes that healing occurs when individuals are able to authentically tell the narratives of their lives within a genuine and empathetic relationship. Her goal as the therapist is to help each individual recognize and utilize his or her own experiences and strengths to create an enriched life.

Michael Bates, Psy.D., Licensed Professional Counselor In Training
Dr. Bates received his doctoral degree in clinical psychology and is working towards licensure in the state of Wisconsin. His practice includes treatment of children, adolescents, and adults concerned about a variety of life issues including child development and parenting, adolescent identity formation and healthy relationships, gender and sexuality development, family and couples discord, and male and female trauma survival. Dr. Bates focuses on the individual across daily life contexts to identify healthy patterns and address maladaptive responses to self, others, and the world around him or her. With experience in the school setting, outpatient community mental health clinic, and  hospital-based child and adolescent day treatment programs, Dr. Bates has treated depression, anxiety, family dysfunction, sexual identity concerns, peer discord and bullying, and sexual trauma. Additionally, with nearly 10 years of experience as a global operations leader for a Fortune 100 company, Dr. Bates seeks to help those in business successfully grapple with the particular emotional demands in the trenches as well as at the executive level of corporate life. Dr. Bates provides Fee-for-service treatment as an alternative to insurance billing.

Theresa Hanaman, Clinic Manager and Billing Specialist
Ms. Hanaman provides medical billing and records services and has the ability to provide information about insurance benefits, services provided, and can assist clients with scheduling appointments. She is available from 8:00am-2:00pm Monday through Thursday, or can be reached at our clinic email address.
