Clinical Staff

Sheryl Dolezal, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Dolezal is a licensed psychologist with clinical and forensic training. She provides mental health treatment for children, adolescent, adults and families. She has over 15 years of experience and is also a licensed social worker. Dr. Dolezal conducts a wide variety of evaluations for the courts, including family court, personal injury, and criminal court cases. Dr. Dolezal is a member of the faculty at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and teaches courses in personality theory, forensic psychology, and psychological assessment. She is the Chair of the Forensic Sequence at WSPP and supervises students on forensic evaluations.

Mary Neff, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Neff is a licensed psychologist with a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. She also has additional training in forensic and child-specific matters, and utilizes a solution-focused interpersonal approach to treatment. Dr. Neff provides mental health treatment and psychological assessment services for children, adolescents, and adults. Her experience includes working with clients who have various mental health concerns and stress-related problems, consultation with attorneys on forensic matters, and conducting evaluations for schools, pediatricians, courts, and community programs. Dr. Neff is on the faculty at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and has served on the Board of the Wisconsin Psychological Association. Dr. Neff is not taking new clients at this time.

Jeffrey Krukar, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Krukar is a licensed psychologist who provides mental health and psychological assessment services for children, adolescents, and young adults. Dr. Krukar has experience in professional areas of focus including Infant Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Functional Behavior Assessment, and Collaborative-Problem Solving. Dr. Krukar is also a certified School Psychologist, and has worked in long-term care settings for children and adolescents. Dr. Krukar has taught courses in child psychopathology at the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and works with Genesee Lake School. Dr. Krukar is only available for appointments on Thursdays.

Patricia Meyer Chan, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Meyer Chan is a licensed psychologist who provides mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. 

Jennifer Katele, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Katele received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology and is licensed as a psychologist by the state of Wisconsin. She provides psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults with a range of clinical needs, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, identity development, interpersonal challenges, trauma, psychosis, substance use, and stress-related difficulties. Dr. Katele takes an eclectic approach to treatment, integrating psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and humanistic techniques. She views the treatment alliance as the primary vehicle of change. Dr. Katele also provides psychological evaluations to individuals across the lifespan for a variety of referral reasons. She is currently a core faculty member with the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and teaches courses in psychological assessment, alcohol and substance use treatment, and clinical supervision.

Chelsy (Stevens) Holat, M.S., NCC, Licensed Professional Counselor 

Ms. Holat received her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a certificate in trauma counseling. She is licensed as a professional counselor in the state of Wisconsin. She has experience providing services for children and adults with a wide range of clinical concerns including trauma, significant lifespan transitions, depression, and anxiety. Ms. Holat utilizes an eclectic approach to fit each client’s goals but believes that healing occurs when individuals are able to authentically tell the narratives of their lives within a genuine and empathetic relationship. Her goal as the therapist is to help each individual recognize and utilize his or her own experiences and strengths to create an enriched life.

Christine Schultz, L.C.S.W., Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Ms. Schultz received her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Wisconsin. She has experience providing individual and group psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, and adults and has worked with adolescents and adults in both hospital-based programs and outpatient treatment. Ms. Schultz has experience with a range of behavioral health and clinical concerns including anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), inattention/difficulty focusing, lifespan transitions, mood dysregulation, interpersonal conflict, and trauma/abuse. She utilizes an eclectic approach incorporating person-centered, strengths-based treatment to meet each client’s personal goals through cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, supportive, and humanistic therapies. She believes in treating the whole person with respect and compassion while recognizing how environmental factors may influence personal experiences. Ms. Schultz’s therapeutic approach centers on the knowledge that people have strengths and are doing the best they can, and through a collaborative therapeutic alliance they can make changes to their life that promote healing and develop a life worth living. Ms. Schultz also conducts multiple DBT skills groups. 

Aryeh Devorkin, M.P.H., M.S., LPC-IT

Aryeh received his master’s degree in mental health counseling and a certificate in trauma counseling. He is also completing training as a DBT and IFS therapist. He is a licensed professional counselor in training in the state of Wisconsin.

Aryeh helps adults who have tried therapy and various methods of self-improvement but still feel stuck in the same patterns of stress, anger, and depression. Using mindfulness in conjunction with Person-Centered, DBT and IFS, Aryeh helps people heal their inner turmoil and find light in the heart of their darkness. This allows them to transform their emotional, social, and professional lives, awakening their full potential.

Aryeh also works with children struggling with anger, isolation, or sadness whose

behavior is holding them back socially and academically. Using active listening, guided imagery and Person-Centered expressive arts, Aryeh helps children identify their emotions and communicate their needs skillfully. Through working together, children master the skills to awaken their inner potential and SHINE! Aryeh has current openings for clients with Medicaid or self-pay.

Ms. Hanaman provides medical billing and records services and has the ability to provide information about insurance benefits, services provided, and can assist clients with scheduling appointments. She is available from 8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Thursday, or can be reached at our clinic email address.
